Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM assessments
We are licensed assessors for a range of building types, including new homes assessed using the Code for Sustainable Homes. We have recently revised our service to meet the preferences of developing organisations and to overcome the difficulties caused by the demands of the Code, which often conflicting with the sequence of events required by planning applications and some forms of procurement, such as design and build works contracts.
