Red Loft has run and advised on a number of OJEU framework procurement processes for our clients. These include agreements in relation to Contractors, Consultants, and Architects, and where we have been commissioned to run the entire process we have effectively handled and been responsible for:

Writing and agreeing a thorough and specific pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) for publishing.
Devising an appropriate scoring mechanism in conjunction with the client to enable shortlisting.
Scoring and ranking PQQ returns.
Dealing with and providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
Running the second stage financial tender.
Assessing and clarifying tender returns and reporting to the client accordingly.
Organising and chairing a third stage interview process.
Providing a clear concluding report to the client, with an agreed framework of consultants / contractors.

Throughout the process we have been sure to liaise fully with the client, obtaining all necessary feedback and approvals via scheduled meetings..

Also, in conjunction with our legal partners we have assisted in the delivery of the over-arching legal documentation, including call-off instructions.
