Red Loft Land

In 2005, we set up Red Loft Land (RLL) as a means to bracket together all land related activity within a separate delivery vehicle.  Unlike most land agents, we specialise in sourcing and arranging deals concerning affordable housing.  We are in an ideal position to utilise our connections with most of the main RSLs in London, as well as our strong contacts within the private sector. We feel that this ability to understand the constraints and drivers on both sides of the land deal gives us a unique and highly effective insight.

RLL has a dedicated and flexible team, and we fully understand the nature of high pressure delivery in this line of work.

RLL provide a range of services to clients, including:

• Stock rationalisation

• Advising RSL’s on bids to developers for Section 106’s

• Advising private sector developers and housebuilders on obtaining best value for their Section 106’s

• Advising Local Authorities on Section 106’s

• Training on Affordable Housing through the planning system

Over the last 6 years RLL has been involved in the delivery of over 3,000 units of Section 106 Affordable Housing units across England.
