Interim Management

From Senior Development Officers through to Development Directors, we are working with a wide range of RSLs, several local authorities and a portfolio of developers in any one year. Our contracts run from a minimum of three months.
Stock Options
Working with Local Authorities to implement strategies to meet “Decent Homes Standards”, including options appraisals for existing estates with particular emphasis on self financing mixed tenure developments on infill sites or in redeveloping low density areas to maximise accommodation.
Regeneration Projects
Coordination of large scale projects involving housing and non housing elements involving mixed tenure housing and mixed use non housing elements such as:

- Leisure facilities
