
Red Loft acted as project managers for Hounslow Homes on this 190 home regeneration scheme involving the decanting and demolition of four Local Authority owned blocks in Hounslow which had failed structurall. The blocks were to be replaced with 94 affordable homes and 96 private sale homes, in partnership with United House Ltd and A2 Dominion.
Hounslow Homes, with Red Loft's assistance, secured planning, negotiated a Grant Agreement with the HCA and finalised a land and development agreement with LB Hounslow. The current phase is due for completion in March 2011. The final phase of 32 affordable homes will commence shortly to ensure a practical completion by March 2012 thus meeting the HCA's funding delivery timetable.
