A new build development built on the site of a former local authority block in Bethnal Green, Claredale Street is a mixed scheme of 77 houses, flats and maisonettes, including affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale units.
The project was a joint venture between Tower Hamlets Community Housing, THCH New Homes and Hill Residential, which included profit and cost sharing arrangements. Red Loft has, for several years, provided project management staff to THCH, both to deliver projects such as this, and in a capacity building role, training and mentoring THCH's staff to ensure that they are able to deliver future schemes without further assistance.
