
CBHA is a subsidiary of Peabody which commissioned Red Loft to enter a competition for the acquisition of land from London Borough of Waltham Forest on their behalf. Red Loft successfully managed the two stages of the competition process to win the site at Clayton Court for CBHA.
Having successfuly achieved a planning permission, Red Loft subsequently managed the tender and construction aspects of the project. The scheme comprises 30 affordable homes, both shared ownership and social rent. It has been built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and completed in the summer of 2011.
