The Hyelm Group provide serviced accommodation for young people coming to London to work or study.
Hyelm had a vision to expand their service but had no previous development experience. Hyelm selected and employed Red Loft as development consultants with a brief to deliver an exciting new scheme in London. We identified a site close to Old Street which now provides accommodation for 125 people, mainly key workers.
On Hyelm's behalf, Red Loft brokered an innovative funding partnership with a large London based RSL. We secured £3,000,000 of funding to support the scheme.Facilities include an internet café, gym, sauna and conference facilities. Residents also have access to a quiet landscaped courtyard and two large communal roof terraces, which have striking views across London. Office accommodation in a new two-storey building provides a new head-quarters for the Hyelm Group.
