This project consisted of the closure of an existing supported housing scheme in Frome and its replacement with a new scheme in Glastonbury, providing of 16 new homes.
Red Loft handled the sale of the Frome property, the identification and purchase of the new property at Magdalene Close, Glastonbury, and its refurbishment and conversion.
The project completed in February 2010.
