
New Providence Wharf is a major residential scheme on the edge of Canary Wharf, opposite the Dome. Red Loft negotiated a Section 106 affordable housing scheme with Ballymore Homes on behalf of Swan Housing Group, to provide 165 one, two and three bedroom apartments for affordable rent and shared equity, all overlooking the Thames.

At 41 Milharbour, house builder, George Wimpey plc developed a scheme for sale again with Red Loft acting for Swan Housing Group. We negotiated a Section 106 affordable housing quota of 32 one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent and shared equity sale.
