We are licensed Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM Assessors.
Achievement of a certain level under the Code for Sustainable Homes or its non-residential equivalent, BREEAM, is now a requirement of several planning authorities and is mandatory for all publicly-funded housing.
Our Code and BREEAM assessment service is designed to balance the various scoring criteria in order to identify solutions that minimise clients’ costs and future maintenance liabilities. We will work with the project team and guide them through the assessment process to ensure that all the necessary elements and information are considered at the appropriate stage in the development process.
