We set up Red Loft Land as a means to bracket together all land related activity within one delivery vehicle. We specialise in sourcing and arranging deals for housing developments. We are in an ideal position to utilise our connections with leading RSL’s and other organisations with specific site requirements. Our ability to understand the constraints and drivers on both sides of the land deal gives us an excellent insight into the process.
