Adam Preece
Adam entered the world of housing development immediately after graduating from university, then spent eight years working in various development roles before joining Red Loft in summer 2007. Adam has diverse experience ranging from project management with some of London's largest, and most delivery focused RSLs, to market analysis, strategic planning and bid composition for a large multi-national developer in Sydney.
Adam's main strengths lie in combining extensive experience of RSL development with a broad technical knowledge (having specialised in planning and development as part of his RICS affiliated degree) and first-hand experience of large scale private sector development. Most notably, he has managed the design and procurement of award-winning timber framed homes, delivered the UK's first modular construction shared ownership project and compiled a successful bid to develop a 131 hectare urban village in Canberra.
He particularly enjoys the early stages of development projects and relishes the challenge of delivering excellence in design and innovation on a budget. Outside of work, he spends as much time as possible travelling to distant corners of the globe or snowboarding in the French Alps.
