Cheryl Scott
Cheryl Scott has just joined Red Loft having spent over 20 years in the social housing sector. Cheryl began her social housing career working in estate management and then spent 5 years working in private sector leasing. Cheryl has worked in regeneration and development for 10years with 3 years at a senior level managing new business teams and has gained extensive and invaluable experience in land procurement, co-ordination of bids for new business, increasing funding levels for RSLs, procurement of strategic sites, negotiating s106 agreements. Whilst working for a south London Cheryl was able to initiate and work on the first combined heat and power scheme for key workers. Cheryl also worked with residents on the Angel Town Estate and was able to resurrect and restructure the assisted self build scheme (a first for Lambeth). Oh, and she is also an Arsenal supporter!
