Danny Sutcliffe
With David and Janet, Danny founded Red Loft in 2002. Before that he worked on estate regeneration, HRA Housing PFI and new business opportunities across London. The previous 10 years had been spent working on main stream development for both large and small RSLs and for the private sector. The past 5 years at Red Loft have included project managing Peabody Trust’s award winning Nile St project, getting the experimental low-cost off site modular development Baron’s Place through planning and on site and working with Genesis on two high profile tall building projects. He has recently joined the board of Hackney Homes, the Hackney ALMO and is working to achieve a two star rating. When not working he manages to turn out weekly for the Housing All Stars in the Norwood Power League.
