David Leah
David, a Northerner by birth, outlook and passion who is proud to be a Mancunian. David has spent most of his working life in the South East, with an all-round expertise in residential construction and development as well as being a qualified bricklayer, building surveyor, and Social Scientist.
David has worked for Local Authorities, RSL's, and in the construction industry for over 25 years, before turning to consultancy 10 years ago. He taught Residential Development, then Planning Policy and Practice at Westminster University. Also, as an ex-local politician, David chaired the Housing Development Committee at a London Borough for 6 years. He prefers to work part-time, but tends to work 7 days a week.
David is also an independent member on Northwards Housing's Board (North Manchester ALMO)
