Neil Jervis
Recent appointed as Associate Partner, Neil joined Red Loft in 2002 after spending the best part of a decade within the social housing development sector. This included a stint at the Housing Corporation giving Neil a valuable insight into the housing association sector. Neil also spent several years within the development department of a leading London-based RSL working on a diverse and challenging range of projects including the Peckham Partnership regeneration project.
Whilst at Red Loft, Neil has worked with a wide range of clients including large developing RSLs, LSVTs, Local Authorities, ALMOs and small specialist RSLs using his skills and experience to undertake roles that have included staff management, strategic advice, new business, resident liaison and policy and procedure work.
When Neil occasionally escapes his duties as a father of two he likes to spend any spare time he has either on the football field or attempting to improve his golf handicap.
