Omar is a motivated and determined professional with a Master's degree in Construction Cost Management, and is now working towards RICS chartership in Planning & Development. Omar joined Red Loft in 2021, on the Graduate Scheme within the Development Team, and has been exposed to a range of experiences on different projects, planning and land-related work. Omar has also gained valuable exposure within the Sales team to understand the marketing aspect of developments and apply this knowledge when working on projects. Exposure in the Land Team has allowed Omar to develop financial viability assessments and carry out site-finding commissions for HMO purposes. Omar is a confident individual with strong Client care, teamworking skills and analytical/critical thinking abilities. Omar has a strong passion for sustainability and has recently become a BREEAM Associate, hoping to contribute to sustainable development and implement forward-thinking.
