Omar Ahmed

Omar is a motivated and determined professional and is working towards RICS chartership in Planning & Development. Omar joined Red Loft’s Development Team in 2021, and has worked on a range of experiences on different projects, planning and land-related work. Omar had good exposure with the Sales team to understand the marketing aspect of developments, and has worked on a fast-paced P&R programme so has a good understanding of the sales process. Omar has also gained experience in the Land Team working on financial viability assessments, discounted cashflow models, valuation reports and site-finding commissions. Omar has recent experience in creating development procedures for housing associations and has worked closely with the clients to understand their processes and requirements. Omar has also gained valuable exposure in the Commercial Sector as an interim development manager for a local authority, overseeing a development agreement to deliver a multi-storey office block. Omar is a confident and approachable individual with strong teamworking skills and an analytical approach. Omar has a passion for sustainability and is a BREEAM Associate, hoping to contribute to sustainable development and implement forward-thinking.
