Thanu is a Development Surveyor undertaking his RICS APC through the Planning and Development pathway while working at Red Loft. He holds a MSc in Real Estate Management and a BSc in Accounting & Finance. He specialises in preparing financial viability assessments, options appraisal reports, assessing the viability of land, package & S106 opportunities and, high street property acquisitions.
