I am particularly grateful to Aidan Kelly and Chris Cheeseman, of Red Loft, who brought project management expetise and experience to this project. Their hands-on involvement transformed difficult contractual relationships into a collaborative approach, delivering 52 high quality homes, with all parties celebrating a successful completion in March 2025.

Red Loft's Role:
Red Loft provided Project Management support for Circle including on site phase through to and including handover. Our role has include oversight and reportinon costs, programme and quality of homes including ensuring that all documentation was available to the client to support handover
Added Value:
Alongside our PM role we have supported executive reportng on the project aswell as liaising with funding agencies and the internal finance team on cashflow. The project was showcased in the recent Sovial Housing Festival in Dublin.
