We have extensive experience in managing defect and latent defect rectification, and leading projects where significant post-completion remediation is required.
Our team can manage all elements of any complex remediation projects, including health and safety, resident decant, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing budgets and compensation programmes and any legal risks such as defending cases and disrepair claims.
Fire Safety Remediation Works

We lead on programmes of fire safety works which include intrusive surveys, appointing various technical consultants, such as fire engineers in order to develop remediation and recovery strategies. Planned Asset Management & Decent Homes Works Projects
With years of experience in delivering Project Management services on Decent Homes and Major Works, planned and responsive repair programmes as well as refurbishment and improvement programmes and projects, we ensure a hands-on approach which enables successful completion of these schemes.
