Red Loft in Ireland
Red Loft has been working in Ireland since 2023 and is providing support to Affordable Housing Bodies in the delivery of affordable new homes.
Most recently, we have been working with Circle including the delivery of 52 homes at Richmond Place where we have provided development management services for this project for older persons in Dublin, recently showcased at the Social Housing Festival 2025.
Our work has also included strategic support for Clúid in terms of new business strategy and also stakeholder review with recommendations. We have worked with Cabhrú, providing early stage support for significant development opportunities.

Clúid Housing engaged Red Loft to undertake a review of our new business and property development department. The project was completed within the agreed time frame and to a high standard. The project involved interviews with numbers of internal and external stakeholders, all of which were undertaken professionally. The final report was comprehensive and well-structured and fully met our two key objectives; providing assurance and giving us a range of practical options and opportunities to consider for the future, immediate and more medium & long term. The presentations to board, detailing the main findings provided assurance as well as indicating challenges and was very well received. This was a very comprehensive review which will help us to build capacity and to grow sustainably. The COVID-19 pandemic crisis resulted in travel restrictions just as the review started.
