Adam Preece

Adam is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in London, the South West and Australia. He is skilled across the entire development process, with a particular interest in the pre-contract stage and in bringing challenging projects to life.

Having started his career at Peabody in the late 90s, Adam worked at two other prominent London HAs, either side of eighteen months with Lendlease in Sydney, prior to joining Red Loft in 2007. Whilst at Red Loft, he continued to work for a variety of HAs, London Boroughs and ALMOs on a host of new build and regeneration schemes.

Adam moved to the South West in 2016 and joined LiveWest as a New Business Manager, securing multiple new sites and planning permissions over his eight years there. In 2024, he took the opportunity to broaden his experience further by spending two years at Somerset Wildlife Trust, leading on a groundbreaking project to convert a former dairy farm to a national peatland research institute.

In 2026, Adam rejoined Red Loft to expand our services into the South West region.
