Lee is a highly experienced development and regeneration professional and a qualified RIBA Chartered Architect who has led complex residential, mixed use and estate regeneration projects throughout the development process. He has an excellent track record in identifying opportunities, securing stakeholder support and developing delivery strategies that unlock challenging sites. For Red Loft, Lee's clients range from local authorities through to private developers and institutional partners.

Lee has particular expertise in development management, design coordination, planning strategy and project delivery, including managing multidisciplinary teams, shaping commercially deliverable proposals and guiding projects from early feasibility through planning and delivery to ensure best value for the client.
