Melissa joined Red Loft from Optivo as a Development Consultant in September 2021. Melissa is a passionate, dedicated and self-motivated Delivery Project Manager with fourteen years’ experience of working in various areas within the Housing Sector. Having worked on projects with a range of sizes, values and tenures for Housing Associations and Local Authorities, she is proactive and committed to delivering construction projects to a high standard, on programme and within budget. Melissa is an experienced people manager, a Certified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Associate Member of the Association for Project Management (working towards full membership). Melissa is also currently studying for the Level 3 Certificate in Passive Fire Protection IFE qualification.
