Neil Jervis

Neil has spent the past 17 years at Red Loft assisting many Registered Providers, Local Authorities and ALMOs delivering varied regeneration and development projects and providing strategic and operational advice. Prior to joining Red Loft, Neil worked for Family HA and the Housing Corporation gaining project management skills, regeneration experience and a solid understanding of affordable housing policy, funding and development processes. Whilst at Red Loft, Neil has worked for some of the largest developing RPs including, most recently, Network Homes, Peabody, and The Guinness Partnership, as well as a number of Local Authorities including Islington, Hounslow, and Hillingdon, providing senior development consultancy services, and mixed-use regeneration projects. Neil manages a number of client relationships and staff forms part of our Management Team which helps oversee the delivery of multi-service consultancy contracts with affordable housing developers.
