Nick is a highly experienced housing and property development professional with over 40 years of experience in Social Housing, Construction, Residential development and the management of social housing.
Since 2000, Nick occupied Land and New Business Development and Project Management roles at Mulalley. Prior to that at Circle 33 Housing Trust (now Clarion Housing Group) in its London and Cambridge Development Divisions.
At Mulalley, Nick played a key role in the development of a pipeline of over 1,500 new build units and a growth in turnover from c.£30m in 2004 to £175m in 2020. These objectives were achieved using a combination of astute acquisition of land, building successful long-term business relationships, including strategic Joint Ventures, and securing Major Regeneration projects in Joint Venture Partnerships with leading RP's. Since joining Red Loft Nick has worked with a range of RP's and Charities on New Business Development and on projects focussing on the resetting and reassessment of stalled and under performing projects within various organisations existing portfolios.
