Nikki joined Red Loft in 2018 bringing a confident attitude to progressing both shared ownership and private sale homes. Nikki also has experience in dealing with a wide Leasehold service. Much of this experience was built up during a very successful career at East Thames Group who merged with London & Quadrant, the largest developing HA in London and the South East.
Nikki started at East Thames Group in the contact centre and in 15 years of service, progressed to become a Field Sales Manager for London Quadrant. Nikki is confident in liaising with internal and external clients on many levels ensuring that timescales are adhered to. Since joining Red Loft Nikki has established and leads the dedicated sales progression team, which has seen radical improvements to sales periods.
