Rosie Tearle

Rosie joined the Red Loft Development Team in April 2025 as a Graduate Development Consultant, supporting research and project delivery across a range of development projects. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise through rotations with the Land and Sales teams and has made a valuable contribution to the team. Following her continued growth and development, Rosie has now been promoted to Development Consultant, where she will continue to support clients and projects across the property sector.
