Sam has a high level of experience in Planning and Development. Sam has acquired numerous land sites and disposed of 174 affordable housing units, ensuring the delivery of quality mixed-use developments for both open market and affordable housing. Sam has led schemes throughout the development process but has particular expertise in securing planning consents and land functions such as financial modelling and contract negotiation. Sam is confident, with good interpersonal skills, which have allowed him to build and maintain strong relationships with people across the property industry. Sam’s previous work history includes L&Q, Bellway, Vistry and Dandara.
