Tanya has worked in social housing for most of her career. A strategic thinker with excellent leadership & people management skills. Experienced in securing and delivering new sites for development. Ability to undertake financial appraisals, skilled in numerous financial and accounting fields, including preparing schemes budgets, monitoring key accounts and credit control. Tanya is driven to improve performance and enhance service delivery; ensuring customers are the focus.
