Tom joined Red Loft in 2017 and is a highly experienced and effective development professional who has worked in the housing sector for over 17 years. He leads the Development Consultancy Team and has a strong track record of effective project and development programme management. Most recently Tom has been working on a series of large, mixed tenure, mixed-use projects with contract values of over £250m. Tom's work has involves managing teams of development professionals, programme delivery and management of staff members who support the project.
