We’re excited to welcome two new starters to the Red Loft team! 📢🎉

Rosie Tearle- Graduate Development Consultant
Melissa Quaranta- Development Consultant

Both Rosie and Melissa will be working in the Development Consultancy Team, supporting with a wide range of projects.

Rosie is the latest team member to join our graduate programme, a successful scheme from which we’ve seen many team members progress to senior levels within the company.

As a recent Geography graduate from the University of Durham, Rosie’s knowledge of the built environment will be a valuable asset to the team.

In her spare time, Rosie enjoys dancing, walking her dog and reading! 📖🐕

Melissa brings an extensive background in project management, site due diligence and stakeholder engagement. Her knowledge of the affordable housing sector and focus on delivering social value is a key attribute that aligns with our values at Red Loft.

Outside of work, Melissa likes to travel and dance! 🌍🎶

It’s fantastic to welcome both Rosie and Melissa on board and we look forward to watching them progress at Red Loft.
