Happy International Women’s Day!

This week, Red Loft has marked the occasion with a number of events.

On Monday, we hosted a breakfast in the office, bringing colleagues together to celebrate the contributions of women across our team and the wider sector.

On Thursday, many of the team attended the Forging Links Inspiring Women Seminar, recognising and empowering women in the built environment and hearing from some brilliant speakers including:

Syreeta Robinson-Gayle , Helen Rieman, Angela Wood, Marie Carpenter FRICS and Shelagh Grant

We’re proud to have a workforce made up of 60% women at Red Loft, particularly in an industry that has traditionally been dominated by men. It’s something we value deeply and continue to champion through the work we do and the culture we build.
