Meet our Senior Development Consultant, Emma Davies ⭐

Emma has a track record of delivery with over 20 years of experience in regeneration, development and housing in both urban and rural locations.

She has expertise in developing a range of building types such as houses, flats, schools and commercial. Her robust approach to risk management means that her projects start off in the right way, leading to success at every stage.

At Red Loft, Emma has worked with a number of clients- including some key projects with Adur & Worthing Councils where she has successfully delivered their Small Sites programme, repurposing underused land for new Council owned Affordable housing.

“I have worked for Red Loft for nearly 7 years, and it is the best place to work. All our staff and associates are great people, and we constantly learn from and support each other, sharing our knowledge and skills. We are known for our ability to tackle challenging projects and find solutions, so some days are far from plain sailing, but the work is always thoroughly rewarding.”

In her spare time, Emma likes to swim in the sea in her hometown, visit art galleries with friends and pursue her passion for reading and creative writing.
