Meet the Team: Sam Lynch

We are delighted to welcome our new Development Surveyor, Sam Lynch to the Red Loft Team! 🎉

Sam is an experienced Development Consultant with a background in Town Planning and a focus on delivering high-quality affordable housing projects.

He joins the Land & Viability Team to support in undertaking assessments for development and regeneration projects, conducting market research, and providing informed advice related to affordable housing.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys reading, playing tennis and travelling!

We are excited to welcome him to the team and look forward to watching him progress.
