We are pleased to be celebrating another milestone achievement as our Senior Development Consultant, Paul Hill-Hottinger marks a fantastic 20 years at Red Loft!

Paul has worked in housing development for many years, offering a comprehensive breadth of knowledge for both our team and clients.
Some of his most notable projects include his work with the London Borough of Hounslow, working on their successful new build programme, delivering their first new build schemes in many years. He also worked with Tower Hamlets Community Housing on the award-winning Claredale Street scheme- a joint venture with Hill Partnerships, to regenerate part of the Mansford Estate in Bethnal Green.

One of the most poignant projects in Paul’s career is his ongoing work with Haig Housing Trust. Haig is the UK’s leading provider of housing in the veteran community and Paul has supported them on a number of different schemes. In 2019, they successfully delivered 80 new homes at Queen Elizabeth Terrace in Morden, which was opened by the Queen- a special moment for Haig, as well as Paul and Red Loft.
