Milestone Project for Red Loft🎉

We’re thrilled to have worked with Circle Voluntary Housing Association to achieve the completion of Richmond Place, Dublin- our first ever development in Ireland!

This innovative multi-agency project sets a new benchmark for housing with support for older people, delivering 52 apartments for social rent, with enhanced communal facilities and on-site support services.

We are incredibly proud to have worked on this high-profile scheme, which won the Social Impact Award at last year's ICSH Conference and has since been shortlisted for several others!
