Last week, our Partners, Danny Sutcliffe and Neil Jervis, alongside our Development Director, Lee Mainwaring, had the pleasure of representing Red Loft at UKREiiF 2026.

The event provided a great opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues, strengthen existing relationships, and create new connections through meaningful conversations across the sector.

We kicked off the week on Tuesday 19th May, by hosting our ‘Drinks on the Dock’ event in partnership with Strettons, followed by dinner with Wates Group. Then, on Wednesday 20th May, we rounded off an incredibly busy and insightful few days with a joint dinner alongside BPTW.

Throughout the event, the discussions around housing, regeneration, affordability, and the future of our communities reinforced the importance of collaboration across the industry and continue to shape our thinking as we look ahead.

A huge thank you to everyone we met, hosted, and connected with over the week. We look forward to continuing the conversations and seeing even more industry peers at UKREiiF next year!
