Last week, 1.5M New Homes launched their Annual Review at the Building the Future Conference in London. This was an opportunity to bring councils together and share the findings from the first year of this campaign.

Viability, funding, regulation and capacity barriers all stood out as pertinent factors contributing to the housing crisis and ongoing challenges that councils face in delivering 1.5 million new homes.
