The second year of the 1.5M New Homes: The Local Government Challenge campaign was launched at The Housing Forum Conference, marking another important milestone in bringing councils together to address the housing challenge.

The Annual Review reflects on the progress made so far, highlighting the persistent barriers councils face in delivering 1.5 million new homes, including viability, funding, regulation and capacity.
