Wendy Hegarty

Wendy has over twenty years’ experience in the residential property market, leading sales and marketing activity for a number of housing associations. This has been both the intermediate and private sales sectors. She has also led on various innovative and new intermediate products. Wendy was secretary of London Home Ownership Group for a number of years and was founder member and Chair of the steering group for the annual Affordable Home Ownership Awards (now the National Housing Awards). She was also previously an editorial board member of Homefocus magazine and is regularly asked to participate in a number of selected consultation panels at the request of HCA / GLA. Prior to working at Red Loft, Wendy held a number of key sales positions at organisations such as East Thames Group, Swan and Estuary. During her role at East Thames she had overall responsibility for large programmes of private and intermediate units for open market and intermediate sale, tenure conversions and for income generating services to residents (such as staircasing, lease extensions etc).Wendy joined Red Loft in 2013 and became a Partner in 2016. She brings her passion for shared ownership and for quality customer journey. She manages Red Loft’s large sales, lettings and marketing team, providing a range of services to a large number of RP’s, Local Authorities and private developers.
