It’s a new year and we’re excited to start 2026 by welcoming a new colleague to team Red Loft! 🎉

We’re pleased to welcome Sam Debney to our growing Development Team. Sam joins us as a Development Consultant, bringing a high level of expertise in Land Acquisition, Planning and Development.

During his career in both public and private sectors, Sam has successfully acquired numerous land sites and secured development partners for 174 affordable housing units, ensuring the delivery of quality mixed-use developments for both open market and affordable housing.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing sports such as football and golf, and also regularly goes to the gym to keep his fitness up. Sam is a Charlton Athletic fan and regularly attends to watch games on a Saturday!

We are delighted to have Sam join us and look forward to seeing how he progresses throughout his role!
