Samantha Phelps

Sam has 18 years of experience in the residential new build sector, specialising in affordable housing. Sam has worked on many projects at all stages in the process, from acquisition, planning and procurement, through the build to handover and defects. Since joining Red Loft in 2017, she has worked on a number of commissions including residential and commercial projects for Peabody and Network Homes as well as acting as client lead for a number of smaller Housing Associations. She can also deliver development strategies, create policy and procedures, carry out audits and risk training workshops. Sam is an Associate Member of the Association for Project Management and a recent graduate of the Future of London Leaders.
