| Mollie joined Red Loft in 2018, starting as our Office Support Administrator and moved to the sales team as our Lead Customer Service and Marketing Consultant to manage our Customer Service Team, leads & enquiries and our marketing portals, social media accounts and liaison between our marketing agencies. Bringing some years of experience in customer service, organisation, and meeting service level agreements (SLA’s) Mollie can effectively communicate with both applicants and colleagues, ensuring all enquires are answered in full.
